At Ottawa Fight & Fitness, the training is intense, fun and safe. The classes incorporate the same elements of training as in Thailand’s boxing camps. Classes begin with skipping, followed by shadow boxing (technique), pad work with a partner, heavy bag work, and finish with conditioning drills. We offer classes for adults of all levels, co-ed or Women’s only, recreational through competitors (pro/am), and those who simply find Thai Boxing to be an unbeatable training regimen! We’re happy to offer the sweet science of boxing to our members. Our boxing coach will teach members the fundamentals of footwork and movement, Offensive and Defensive drills, and Basic to Advanced Punching techniques and combinations. Members will learn to use Heavy Bags and Punch Mitts to practice techniques.  Conditioning and Mobility drills are also stressed in this class. Come try out this awesome class to get a great boxing workout, punch away excess body fat and stress, improve punching skills and have fun!


We’ve combined these two great training systems in one class to offer members the great benefits of each. Whether it’s performing suspension training on the TRX or learning safe, effective training techniques with kettlebells, the result is the same; users simultaneously develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. Additional exercises will be added into the classes. These additional exercises add to core strength and cardiovascular endurance. This class is available for beginner and advanced trainees alike, and is taught by certified Kettlebell and TRX Suspension Trainer instructors.


Our professional certified trainers use their knowledge and experience to offer advice and guidance in the different areas of fitness and fighting. We can assist you by designing safe and effective exercise programs to help you reach personal goals.
